Bill Briley
TEACHING PASTOR
Bill and his wife Julie, have three children Moses, Jonah, and Bella. Bill has been the Teaching Pastor at the Collective since 2010 when The Collective started. Bill and Julie are passionate about helping people step into their God-given potential to become leaders and influencers who help shape a beautiful future filled with hope, faith, and love.
Linda Stevens
EXECUTIVE PASTOR
Art and Linda have lived in Idaho for all but two of their thirty years of marriage. As Executive Pastor, Linda gets to serve the church body by leading gifted staff as they carry out God’s will and our leadership team's vision for our church, as well as establish and maintain vital Community Groups where meaningful discipleship - true life change - happens.
Justin Mann
OPERATIONS PASTOR
Justin and his family have been attending The Collective since the spring of 2018 when they moved to Boise. Justin’s primary role is to oversee all operational elements of the church including finance, facilities management, policies and procedures, and communication.
Together with their three (soon to be four) children, Justin and Hannah enjoy road tripping around the country, exploring Idaho’s beautiful outdoors in all the seasons, family movie nights at home, and investing in friendships and community.Megan Osterlund
CHILDREN'S MINISTRY DIRECTOR
Megan and David have lived in Boise since 2006 and have attended The Collective since September 2017. David and Megan have two children, Beckham and Nathanael. As the Children's Ministry Director, Megan desires to see children come to know God both through scriptures and encounters with a God who knows and loves them. The Osterlund’s enjoy hiking, camping, sports, swimming, and spending time with friends and family.
Amy Payn
YOUTH DIRECTOR
Amy & Matt love youth! God initiated a desire for youth in 1999 and they have been actively investing into the lives of the next generations. Their sons, Owen and Seth, are now in the youth group. Amy’s greatest passion is to see students find their identity in Christ, have a relationship with the Father, and allow Him to leverage their lives for the kingdom.
Dylan Cochran
WORSHIP & CREATIVE ARTS DIRECTOR
Dylan and Shaina Cochran have 4 boys, Connor, Bently, Hudson and Arrow. They are an active family that love anything sports and outdoors - things like camping, hiking, hunting and fishing. Most Sundays you will find them eating nachos and watching the Seahawks. Dylan's role as the music and creative director
at The Collective to oversee all things creative: He has a passion for worship and seeing people find Jesus as they make God big in their life. He believes we live in a world that is hurt and distracted with a feeling of being unloved! The church has the ability to engage people online and in person, to bring them into the place of salvation, freedom and FUN in the Kingdom.
